Product Warranty

Our products are carefully checked before dispatch. Warranty applies only to eligible manufacturing defects or finishing issues reported immediately after delivery.

Damage During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a complete unboxing video showing the parcel being opened.

Damage claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage
  • Mishandling or dropping
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper outdoor use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by cleaning chemicals or misuse

How to Report an Issue

Please send us:

  • Your order details
  • Clear pictures or video of the issue
  • Unboxing video, if the product was damaged during delivery

Our team will review the case and provide the appropriate solution where applicable.
